All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Mail that is undeliverable as addressed is forwarded, returned to Zapaterias Pedrito, or treated as dead mail, The customer is ultimately responsible for payment to reship the item(s).
If coupon for "FREE SHIPPING" Is used, the package will ship USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail Express excludes the offer. You can still pick Express mail but we will ship it Priority Mail.

At the moment we do not offer returns but we will be happy to help you with exchanges.

If we made a mistake with your order please let us know within 5 days of receiving.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges returning back to you. Unless we made a mistake packaging up your order, then we will cover all shipping costs.
